Why this track?

We realize how important time is! For those of us with kids and busy schedules, this is even more true.

Obviously we love getting to the gym and getting our daily workout in. But we know this isn’t possible for everyone.

So we created a track for those who are crunched for time and don’t have access to any typical gym equipment.

What does this track look like?

Mayhem 30 offers a short 30 minute workout designed for someone who wants to workout at home or who travels frequently and has no access to equipment.


Each day will include a warm up, a workout, and a cool down.


All you need is yourself and a small space to move!

 

Each day’s workouts include warm ups, cool downs, and workout notes that clearly explain the intended stimulus, target scores, time caps, movement explanation, scaling options and more.

Who is this track for?

Just about anyone! As long as you are healthy enough to stand up, sit down, take a knee, and get up off the floor you can do this program!

How long will it take each day?

Mayhem 30: 30 minutes! That's it. We promise. Everyday.

 

Mayhem Minimal: Just 30-40 Minutes

How many days of programming are there each week?

It includes 5 Days of workouts each week with 1 active recovery day (on Thursday) and 1 full rest day (on Sunday)

What should I do if I want more of a challenge?

Check out Mayhem Scaled, Mayhem 60 or Mayhem BodyBuilding. You can also upgrade to our Competitor Package for access to choose between 6 more challenging tracks!

What should I do if this track is too advanced?

Every workout comes with movement substitutions allowing you to adjust the workout based on where you are at.

Example: Burpees -> Up Downs

M30 Workouts

We have created a program specific for women who are currently pregnant or postpartum. Mayhem Moms has a abundance of movement substitution videos provided by Caroline Packard, DPT (Physical Therapist who specializes in Core & Pelvic Floor). With her knowledge, we are able to provide ways to modify our programming so you can continue exercising. Please note that you should always refer to your doctor with specific fitness modifications or health questions.

While these modifications are intended for women in pregnancy or postpartum, they can be used by anyone who may have restrictions/limitations.

You will find Mayhem Moms Modifications within the daily programing for M30 Bodyweight, M30 Minimal, M60 and Mayhem Scaled. Each dav you can refer to the Workout Prep Notes to see video demonstrations with the specific modification of our #mommods
