There are so many athletes who love doing getting a great “pump” or bodybuilding workout in addition to or even instead of a “CrossFit” style workout.

What does this program look like?

The weekly split typically includes the following for 6 days of training: Upper Body Push, Upper Body Pull, Lower Body Push/PUll, Monostructural Workout, Shoulder/Glutes, Arms & Core.


Each day’s workouts include warm ups, cool downs, and workout notes that clearly explain the intended stimulus and movement explanation.

Who is this program for?

This program is great for anyone who wants a traditional bodybuilding program to supplement their CrossFit training with or even perform the program completely on its own!

Do I get access to all the other programs in Competitor Package?

No, but you can purchase that here or upgrade at anytime!

What if i have never done CrossFit?

Since it is just bodybuilding, no CrossFit background is required!

Do i gain access to other programs with this program?

Yes! You will be able to view and log scores for Mayhem 30, Mayhem 60, & Mayhem Scaled as well!

How long will it take each day?

This program will take about 45-60 minutes to complete each day.


We will list the program in order of importance, so if you are short on time you can be sure to perform the most important pieces first!

How many days of programming are there each week?

We provide programming 6 days/week! We do follow the traditional schedule 5 days on and 2 days “off.” Workouts are included Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

 

Thursdays are an active recovery day (often having the option of a monostructural workout) and Sundays are a full rest day.
